Online Booking

• Select your preferred language by visiting csair.com.
• On the website, choose your days of travel, mention the passenger numbers, your choice of departure and arrival cities and decide if you want one-way or round-trip tickets.
• After selecting your travel choices, press on the "Search" button to see the flights you can take.
• Look through the flight choices and choose the one that fits well with your budget and when you can travel.
• Enter all the needed information about each passenger which includes their full name, passport number and contact details.
• To finish up the booking, go to the payment page and pick the way you want to pay.

Offline Booking

• Call the relevant number to reach the call center depending on your flight and your address:
• Give the agent your travel dates, names of the destination cities, number of travelers and any special requests.
• Check the Available Flights: The personal helper will go through the available flights. Choose a program that best suits your schedule and budget.
• Enter Every Passenger’s Details: Record the complete name, passport number and telephone number of each traveler.
• Pay: As instructed by the agent, complete the payment using the available ways.

Policy Regarding Baggage

The luggage policies of China Southern Airlines differ for checked and carry- on passengers. The amount allotted for checked luggage varies based on the flight class and route.

Bring-along Baggage

No matter how many pieces you are carrying, your hand luggage can only weigh up to 5 kg and have a total length of no more than 115 cm.

First-class passengers are allowed to bring two 5-kg baggage.

One 5-kg bag is allowed per passenger in Business, Premium Economy, or Economy Class.

Baggage checked

The aircraft class and itinerary determine how much checked baggage a traveler is permitted to bring. If you are flying out of Japan, America, Australia, New Zealand or Russia and if you are flying between Singapore and China, everyone on your plane can take two pieces in Business Class, Premium Economy or Economy. For Economy, the limit is 23 kg, but First and Business Class passengers can bring things up to 32 kg.
